How it works:

  1. Send an email to
  2. The Subject of the email must start with: DMR Help – xxx (Where xxx is the name of your report or brief question.)
  3. Make sure to include as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always a great way to explain what is happening. If you are able to send a report with Saved Data (File -> Save Data With Report) that will help speed up the ticket. If you are not able to send saved data, an exported PDF of the report may help to visualize the issue.
  4. The fee is $100 per hour. Time is charged in 15 minute increments. An invoice will be sent upon completion of your issue. Your payment options are either by check or through Paypal (extra fees apply for Paypal).
  5. If you would like to prepay for support, you will save money on paypal fees as only one fee will be applied instead of each individual question. However, please note that prepaid support is non refundable.
